As soon as you subscribe, your subscription is paused until we walk through the onboarding process and your first post is published on Instagram. Once your first post on Instagram is published, your subscription is resumed and will begin billing every month on that day. For Example, You subscribe on the 6th but your first post isn't published until the 12th. Your subscription will be billed on the 12th of each month until canceled. Plus, if you ever need to prioritize other parts of your business, you'll have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Manychat is a DM automation software used to generate more engagement, increase your post's reach, and generate leads through Instagram. How it works: You'll ask viewers to comment a "keyword" if they'd like more information about a listing or free guide. The viewer will comment "keyword". Manychat will automatically send the user a DM with the link to find more information UGen Content will build out and manage Manychat for your account until your subscription is canceled.

Flodesk is the email marketing provider we use to create forms that prospects will sign up for your free resources (lead magnets) in exchange for their contact information. How it works: We'll add your Flodesk link as the link your bio Users will view your profile and click the link to get a free resource (lead magnet) OR receive the link through DM automation after commenting a "keyword" on your posts. They will go to the link and enter their contact information. Here's ours as an example: Tap here Their free resource will be automatically sent to the email that they provided We've just generated a lead for you! You'll be sent an email notification when someone signs up for your free resource so you can start your process. UGen Content will build out and manage Flodesk for your account until your subscription is canceled.

Great question! Whenever a subscription is canceled, no more posts will be made for you. Remember, you own all of the content and work done for you during the lifetime of your subscription. You'll have 7 days to download or transfer your assets to a place that works for you. Within 2 - 3 days you'll be sent all the videos we've created and posted for you along with the leads we've gathered over the lifetime of your subscription. Once all of that is sent to you, you'll have 7 days to download it or transfer the assets. After the 7 days, everything will be deleted on our end. Here's what happens: We'll immediately log out of your Instagram account and suggest that you change your password for your security. You'll be sent a Google Drive folder with all the documents & videos we've gathered over the lifetime of your subscription. Your Manychat workflow will be sent to your email and we will help transfer things over if there are any hiccups. Your Flodesk forms will be sent to your email and we will help transfer things over if there are any hiccups. You'll be emailed a notification on the 7th and final day to download or transfer your assets.
